Delivery information

UK:

Standard shipping (£2.99) - 3-5 working days.

Express shipping (£3.99) - 1-3 working days. Order before 12pm for same day dispatch. Orders after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders do not get delivered/dispatched on weekends. 

Evri next day delivery (£5.99) - order before 12pm for same day dispatch. Anything ordered after 12pm will be dispatched the following day. Please note anything ordered after 12pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is bank holiday).

Royal Mail next day delivery (£7.99) - order before 3pm for same day dispatch. Anything ordered after 3pm Friday will be dispatched the following Monday (or Tuesday if it is bank holiday).

 

Orders do not get dispatched on weekends, only Monday-Friday, however do still get delivered on Saturdays.

Rest of the world:

Standard shipping (price dependant on destination) - delivery aim 8-15 working days. Please note however that once the parcel has left the UK we can no longer be responsible for it.

We ship using Evri and Royal Mail.

The SHIP app is not linked to our store, the app marks orders as shipped when they are being processed only.

Please note we cannot change the delivery method after the order has been placed under any circumstance.

Your item will be dispatched between 1-3 working days after your order is placed. 

Our time frames are based on working days - bank holidays are not counted as working days so the item may be slightly delayed.

Please note EVRI Next Working Day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

Orders are subject to postcode exclusions, a full list of postcode exclusions can be found here. It is your responsibility to order with the correct shipping service and we will not be liable for late deliveries due to postcode exclusions.

Please note items may take longer and may arrive quicker. If you think your item is far later than our guidelines, please email us on info@kokobay.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Items ordered over a bank holiday and or holiday period will take longer.

 

COURIERS

We use Evri/Royal Mail/DPD for all UK deliveries.

We do not take any responsibility for any parcels left in safe places, chosen neighbour or after delivery has taken place.

Evri is currently contactless delivery with GPS proof and will leave the parcel at the address given on the order. We do not take any responsibility for any stolen parcels if the parcel is left contactless.

If you believe your parcel has been stolen, contact the police prior to contacting us. If you can provide us with a crime reference number, email us and we will assist you further.

For most European Countries we use Evri/Royal Mail, however we occasionally use DPD/FedEx/DHL/Pro Carrier. They will provide an email delivery update to advise you of approximate delivery times and status.

Express Worldwide shipping is provided by Fedex/DHL/Pro Carrier, they will provide a text and email delivery update to advise you of approximate delivery times and delivery status.

If for any reason your parcel arrives damaged, you must refuse the parcel with the courier. If you accept the parcel you are accepting this at your own risk and we do not take responsibility for lost items. 

Please note we may change courier services at any given time due to processing.

There are now additional duties and import charges and VAT to be paid by the customer for parcels being imported to Europe from the UK. Please check your countries rules and regulations for costing for import duties, tax and VAT from the UK.

If there are additional custom charges and duties applicable for shipments into your country then the customer is responsible for these.

Any import duties and taxes not paid by the customer and refused, may be either destroyed or sent back to us. In the case they are sent back to us, you will be liable to cover the cost of return fees, duties and taxes. 

Acts of God provisions, also called “Force Majeure”, relate to events outside human control, like flash floods, earthquakes, snow or other natural disasters. In this instance if your delivery is delayed due to Force Majeure, it will be delivered as soon as it is viable.
