Please note, our time frames are based on working days.
UPDATE: Due to Covid-19 our postal services have been affected by delays. This means that all orders may take longer than the 3-5 business days (for standard shipping) and 8-10 days (for international shipping). This is due to delays with Royal Mail and is beyond our control.
- Standard UK shipping - £2.99 (3-5 business days)
- UK Next day delivery (ordered before 3pm) - £6.50 - anything ordered using next day delivery after 3pm will be posted the following day. Please note this service is not always available on our website, if you wish to order using next day delivery please contact us via DM (@kokobayuk) and we will do our best to accomodate your request!
- International Shipping - £11.99 (8-10 business days)
Please note when the option of express shipping is selected with handmade items, items are made and sent within 5 working days and sent with next day delivery.
All returned items will be provided with a store credit only. This does not affect your statutary rights.

Please note, all of our loungewear is handmade so is therefore non-returnable. This is due to everything being cut and made to order.
We will gladly accept a return of, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise from UK customers only. We only currently accept returns from within the United Kingdom due to customs charges.
We cannot accept returns for any swimwear, jewellery, accessories e.g hats & caps, or underwear.
Please return your item using a signed for or tracked service as we are not responsible for your parcel getting lost en route to us. Once we receive your return it can take up to 5 working days to action. Once we have actioned the return you will then receive a notification via email that your return has been processed and your credit note code will be sent to you.
All eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns attempted outside of this 14 day deadline will be denied and returned to customer.
Items must be free of any stains/markings e.g. Fake tan/Make-up. Items must be returned in original packaging, have all tags, be unworn, unwashed and free of any smells.
Due to hygiene reasons we DO NOT accept returns on any swimwear.
All returned items will be provided with a store credit only and is provided in Great British Pounds (GBP).
If discounts were applied at checkout the credit note value will reflect the discounts used.
You may place an new order for your desired item using the store credit code you will be provided.
Store Credit will be provided in the form of a code sent to the email address provided at the time of the original order.
Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Please treat Store Credit like cash.
Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have been issued "Store Credit" as a refund method.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
Store credit has no expiration date. Return shipping fees will apply for all store credits issued.
If you recieve faulty goods e.g manufacturing faults - please contact us via email email@example.com. Please return all faulty items to our returns address after speaking to us.
Faulty items will be replaced and sent back out to you at no extra cost, and your return shipping will be paid back to you.
Any removed labels, makeup stains, or signs of tampering, however, will void any refund.
